1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders that are already being processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover administrative and payment costs.
2. Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued for items that are damaged, incorrect, or fail to arrive.

Supporting documentation (photos, videos, order number, and customer details) may be requested.

Refunds for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items require the customer to cover return shipping.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items and credited to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges

Items lost or undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced free of charge.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, any replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Non-Refundable & Limited Cases
Refunds or returns cannot be processed in the following scenarios:

Orders delayed or undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, missed delivery).

Items currently in transit that cannot be intercepted.

Pre-order or custom-made items, unless defective.
