Refund Policy

At our store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders that are already being processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover administrative and payment costs.

2. Returns

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for items that are damaged, incorrect, or fail to arrive.

  • Supporting documentation (photos, videos, order number, and customer details) may be requested.

  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items require the customer to cover return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items and credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Items lost or undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced free of charge.

  • If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, any replacement costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Non-Refundable & Limited Cases

Refunds or returns cannot be processed in the following scenarios:

  • Orders delayed or undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, missed delivery).

  • Items currently in transit that cannot be intercepted.

  • Pre-order or custom-made items, unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns.

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • Returns affected by customs issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

6. International Orders

  • International shipments may incur customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns or cancellations due to customs charges, taxes, or import fees are generally not accepted.
