1. Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?

2. How do I use a promo or discount code?
Enter your promo code during checkout. Only one code can be applied per order unless specified otherwise.

3. Is gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping is offered for select products at checkout. Additional fees may apply.

4. Can I combine multiple orders into a single shipment?
No, separate orders cannot be merged. To receive items together, place them in the same order.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping information?
Contact our support team immediately. Changes are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

6. How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are allowed for items that are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Contact service@mayhemballmerch.us to start the exchange process.

7. How long does it take to process a return?
Returned items are reviewed within 3–7 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Will shipping fees be refunded?
If the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Which items are not eligible for returns?
Used, damaged, personalized, or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Please review product descriptions before purchasing.

10. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

12. Can I cancel a pre-order?
